Since joining the firm in 1994, Charles Patton has devoted his practice exclusively to the defense of medical providers and medical facilities in cases involving alleged medical malpractice and before administrative agencies including the New York State Department of Health and the Office of Professional Medical Conduct. He has successfully defended physicians of nearly every medical specialty in nearly all Upstate New York counties and in Federal Court. He has also successfully defended hospitals, nursing homes, medical clinics, nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, certified nurse midwives, nurses and technologists in various medical fields.
